HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSSE) POLICY

Spatialworks considers effective Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) management to be of critical importance to its business undertakings and is committed to the consistent application of the required HSSE standards and continuous improvement

Spatialworks shall establish annual performance targets and continuous improvement plans to report quarterly on the associated HSSE performance indicators.

 

Spatialworks shall take proactive steps to eliminate or prevent injury to people, damage to property and protect the environment. We will work with co-venture partners, joint venture partners, suppliers, the workforce, and all other stakeholders towards achieving these goals.

Spatialworks shall provide competent workforce and adequate resources in all business activities in ensuring a safe environment at workplace.

Spatialworks shall:

  • Comply with all legislative requirements pertaining to HSSE as minimum standard.
  • Pursue high standards of HSSE management and ensure that all business decisions take proper account of Health, Safety, Security and Environment implications.
  • Employ a consistent framework for the management of HSSE issues across all activities

This policy shall apply to all business activities of Spatialworks.

QUALITY POLICY

Spatialworks considers effective and efficient Quality management systems to be of critical importance to its business undertakings and is committed to the consistent application of the required Quality standards and continuous improvement.

Spatialworks shall take proactive steps to eliminate or prevent any inconsistent quality issues within the company. We will work with co-venture partners, joint venture partners, suppliers, the workforce, and all other stakeholders towards achieving these goals.

Spatialworks shall:

  • Comply with all customer requirements pertaining to quality as minimum standard.
  • Pursue high standards of quality management systems and ensure that all business decisions take proper account quality implications.
  • Employ a consistent framework for the management of quality systems issues across all activities.

Spatialworks shall establish annual performance quality objectives targets and continuous improvement plans to report quarterly on the associated quality performance indicators.

ANTI-BRIBERY & CORRUPTION POLICY​

Spatialworks Sdn Bhd (SPW) is committed to conducting all business of the Company in Halal, honest, ethical and professional manner wherever the company operates. This Anti-bribery and Corruption Policy (“Policy”) is made as a clear demonstration of that commitment. SPW adopts a zero-tolerance approach to corruption in any of its activities. 

This ABC Policy establishes basic standards and a framework for the prevention and detection of bribery and corruption in SPW’s operations. It promotes compliance with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009, and other applicable anti-corruption laws. The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 and many other anti-corruption laws prohibit offering or providing benefits, directly or indirectly, to government officials or to the private sector, for the purpose of securing an undue advantage or improper benefit.
